Beach Equities: A Legacy of Serving Long Beach Real Estate | Grand Opening of our New Office
In 1972, Steve Fingerhut opened Beach Equities, a real estate brokerage that has since become a thriving business. Long before "boutique brokerage" became a trend, Steve had a vision of providing exceptional service to his clients, and over the years, he has built a business that delivers that same commitment. For more than 45 years, Beach Equities has been known by its loyal clients from the iconic blue awning on Anaheim Street, just across from the Recreation Golf course.
But now, it's time for a change.
Recently, we packed up the office and moved to 5222 East Los Altos Plaza, Long Beach, CA 90815. This is a very special location for us. This is exactly where Steve's parents, Jack & Loretta, ran their businesses. Loretta owned a large and bustling beauty shop, and Jack was a jeweler with a gift shop as well. So, in a way, we have returned to the beginning.
With his daughter, Paige, joining the brokerage in 2007, we've continued to expand our expertise and specialization in probate, trust, and conservatorship sales. Our passion for serving our clients and helping them navigate through difficult times has only grown stronger over the years. We have helped families through some of the toughest moments in their lives, and it has been an honor to serve them, and you.
Beach Equities' commitment to blending traditional values with cutting-edge technology and service is unparalleled. We understand that buying or selling a property can be an emotional and stressful experience, and that's why we work closely with our clients to make the process as smooth as possible. We have built the knowledge and skills to handle every aspect of the transaction, from start to finish.
We're excited to invite you to the grand opening of our new (& old) office, where we'll continue to provide exceptional service to our clients. We'll be sharing more details on that soon, so stay tuned! Thank you for your support over the years, and we can't wait to see you at our new home!
